Two-factor authentication or 2FA improves account security in the event that your password is compromised. We recommend that you check your company policy to determine whether or not to require 2FA and implement as needed.
Two-factor authentication requires an authentication software such as Google Authenticator, so you will want to download this software in advance. Moreover, once you have started the set-up with authentication software, you must complete the 2FA set-up and this setting cannot be changed.
Sign in to the AITRIOS Portal and click on the person icon in the upper right corner to go to My Profile.
In My Profile, check the box to enable 2FA.
Confirm that the information displayed in the pop-up window is correct and select Apply.
Click Save in the lower right corner.
After you have clicked on Save, the sign-in screen will appear. After signing in, the setup screen for 2FA will appear.
